March 2008 Archives

For all the gear heads looking for an axe that is different than every other Les Paul clone or SG wannabe out there, check out Spector. As you've undoubtedly noticed, Matt and Jim have been exclusively playing Spector guitars since 2007. Jim plays the Spector ARC6USA and Matt plays the ARC6Pro. You can now see us in the featured artist page on Spector's website:

To hear what the Arc6 really sounds like, check out our new CD "Nine Thirty in Kansas" available for the first time at the Festival of Fire.

It is just a matter of time before all of BXN's fretwork will be done solely through Spector guitars. Bassist Norm Hibbs was the most recent member to be added to the list of artists endorsed by the Spector Guitar Company in Saugerties NY. Currently, Matt Clarke and Jim Dallett are both using ARC6 guitars to lay down their signature riffs and chops. Look for BXN's guitar section to be ALL-SPECTOR in the near future!!

If we've been quiet for the past couple weeks it's been because we've got quite a bit going on behind the scenes of the band. We will be holding our CD release party on April 19th at our stomping ground, the Bridgewater Pub. It's going to be an all day festival and we've lined up some of the best bands in the area to play. The EP, Nine Thirty in Kansas will be available for purchase at the show along with tons of brand new BxN merchandise. It's going to be an awesome night. Stay tuned for further details.

BxN will also be making a "last minute" appearance at the legendary Crocodile Rock in Allentown, PA. We would most definitely appreciate getting out all the heads we can for this show as it is going to be huge for us as well.

Finally, thank you all for your support of this band thus far. It's been a great adventure in such a short time and we're only getting started.
